The core of the system lies in its innovative rosette connection, which features a circular plate with a diameter of 133mm and a thickness of 10mm. The rosette includes eight holes: four smaller ones for horizontal ledgers and four larger ones for diagonal braces. They are connected with wedge pins, ensures stability and ease of assembly. The primary components are constructed from high-strength φ48 steel pipes, with vertical standards incorporating rosettes welded at 500mm intervals. Additionally, the bottom of vertical standard is equipped with a base collar, while horizontal rods have ledger heads welded at both ends.

GUIDE TO SET UP RINGLOCK SYSTEM

Step 1: Adjust the base jacks to the same horizontal level using a spirit level to create a solid and stable base for the entire structure.
Step 2: Once the base jacks are in place and level, attach the Ringlock base collars to them.
Step 3: With the base frame securely in place, erect the first layer of vertical standards on top of the base collars.
Step 4: Attach additional ledgers to create the working platform for the first level.
Step 5: Secure the standards by attaching diagonal and horizontal braces.
Step 6: Continue to add layers, and repeat the process of attaching ledgers, braces, and planks for each level.
Step 7: For taller structures, ensure that safety measures are in place, such as guardrails and toe boards, to protect workers at height.
