Ringlock Scaffolding System
The standout feature of the Ringlock system is the rosette, it’s like a smart joint that lets you connect components in any direction you need.This 133 mm-diameter, 10 mm-thick steel plate is welded onto each vertical post every 500 mm. Its eight holes (four smaller for horizontal ledgers, four larger for diagonal “slash” braces) accept wedge pins for instant locking, giving you maximum flexibility and rapid assembly.
All main tubes are made from high-strength Ø 48 mm steel pipe. The bottom of each vertical post has a base collar for jacks, and every ledger has heads welded at both ends.
Diagonal braces (often called façade slashes, though sometimes used horizontally) are cut to match the exact spacing between standards and ledgers so they fit perfectly. Each brace end comes with a welded brace head for a secure, plug-and-play connection.
Ringlock scaffolding is a modular system. Unlike traditional scaffolding, which relies on frames and cross braces, Ringlock scaffolding uses a rosette or disc, allowing up to eight connections at various angles.
