Scaffolding is mostly used outdoors, so in terms of performance, we will pay more attention to the anti-corrosion aspect of the scaffolding: the hot-dip galvanizing process is used, and hot-dip tin plating can form a dense and uniform tin coating, providing Good anti-corrosion properties. This allows tinned metal to maintain its appearance and performance over time in wet, corrosive environments, making it a relatively cost-effective anti-corrosion treatment. Compared with some other surface treatment methods, its process is relatively simple and requires lower cost.

 Drawing confirmation

1. Clarify the needs: Before starting to confirm the drawings, fully communicate with the customer to understand their specific scaffolding needs. This includes information on project type, load requirements, construction environment, etc. Ensure drawings meet customer specific engineering requirements.

2. Accuracy of drawings: Confirm that the drawings provided to customers are accurate. Check all details on the drawings including dimensions, load requirements, scaffolding type, etc. to ensure they are consistent with the client's needs.

3. Comply with standards: Ensure that the drawings comply with relevant national or regional building codes and scaffolding industry standards. This helps ensure that scaffolding is designed and manufactured to safety and quality standards.

4. Confirmation of special requirements: If the customer has special requirements, such as customized sizes, special shapes or additional safety measures, ensure that these requirements are clearly reflected and confirmed in the drawings.

5. Drawing updates: Ensure that the drawings provided to the customer are the latest version and reflect any design modifications or updates. This helps avoid problems caused by using outdated information.

6. Customer confirmation signature: Before the final scaffolding product is provided, the customer is required to confirm the drawings and sign on the drawings for confirmation.

 

 

 Finished product testing

1. Quantity and specifications: Confirm whether the quantity of scaffolding delivered is consistent with the order. Check the specifications and models of scaffolding to ensure they meet the customer's requirements and order specifications.

2. Quality standards: Ensure that the manufacturing of scaffolding complies with relevant national or regional quality standards and industry specifications. Inspect finished product for appearance, workmanship and material quality to ensure it meets the expected level of quality.
