Robust Material Selection

Bythai Scaffolding uses high-grade steel and aluminum to manufacture scaffolding systems and components, ensuring excellent strength, corrosion resistance, longevity, and enhanced safety.

Rigorous Quality Control

A comprehensive quality control system is crucial to ensuring consistency and reliability across the production process. Bythai conducts regular inspections and tests at every stage of manufacturing, from raw material evaluation, component fabrication, and welding integrity checks to dimensional accuracy, painting, and final assembly.

By adhering to strict quality control practices, we can identify and address any potential issues before the scaffolding systems reach end users.

Superior After-Sales Service

While 100% inspection is challenging, the industry standard accepts a minor discrepancy rate of up to 0.3%. In the event of any issues reported by our customers, we commit to a prompt response within 2 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 2 business days. For discrepancies exceeding the 0.3% threshold, we offer appropriate compensation. In cases of significant quality issues, our team can arrange to visit the customer’s warehouse to personally inspect and address the defective products.

For delivery delays, we are open to signing a penalty agreement. For example, a one-week delay would incur a 0.5% penalty of the order value. We proactively provide multiple shipping options and maintain close communication with freight forwarders to minimize risks. However, delays caused by shipping carriers are not covered under our compensation policy.

Upon the goods' arrival at the destination port, we conduct a verification check within one week. Should any shortage be identified, we will collaborate with the buyer to file a claim with the insurance company.
