Ringlock scaffolding is a modular scaffolding system with rosette connection points welded on vertical standards. Ledgers and diagonal braces are connected by wedge heads, making the system quick to install, easy to adjust and suitable for different working heights and structures.

WHAT IS MULTI-DIRECTIONAL RINGLOCK SCAFFOLDING?
A defining feature of the Ringlock system is the rosette, a heavy-duty modular joint designed for multidirectional structural connections. This 133 mm-diameter, 10 mm-thick steel plate is welded onto each vertical standard every 500 mm. Its eight pre-cut holes (four smaller openings for horizontal ledgers and four larger openings for diagonal braces) accept heavy-duty wedge pins for instantaneous locking, delivering exceptional structural flexibility and rapid on-site assembly.
All main components are fabricated from high-strength Ø48.3 mm steel pipes. The bottom of each vertical standard is engineered with a base collar to secure screw jacks, while every ledger features precision-welded ledger heads at both ends.
Diagonal braces are accurately engineered to match the exact matrix spacing between standards and ledgers, ensuring a flawless fit. Each brace end is equipped with a cast steel brace head and a wedge pin, enabling a highly secure, plug-and-play locking connection.
