Our Ringlock Standard Vertical is the foundational vertical component of the ringlock scaffolding system, a popular modular scaffolding solution known for its efficiency and load-bearing capacity. Constructed from high-strength Q355 steel — a material widely used in heavy-duty scaffolding applications — this galvanized ringlock upright offers exceptional strength and resilience.
The upright has a diameter of 48.3mm and a thickness of 3.2mm, ensuring optimal load-bearing capacity for construction sites. A welded rosette is positioned every 500mm along the vertical standard, providing reliable attachment points for ringlock horizontal ledgers and diagonal bars.
Both ends of the Ringlock Standard Vertical feature precision-drilled holes for bolted spigots. They are connected and secured by nuts to join two ringlock standards, ensuring uninterrupted vertical alignment during scaffolding assembly.
Available in standard lengths of 0.5m, 1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m, 2.5m, and 3.0m, the Ringlock Standard Vertical caters to various project needs. A hot-dip galvanized finish protects the upright from corrosion, ensuring a long service life even in challenging environments such as coastal sites, wet construction zones, and industrial projects.
